(Card from Nellie)
My very dear friend, Nellie Wortman, gifted me this Christmas with an amazing prayer flag. It has become a tradition with us, exchanging gifts at Christmas. I cherish everything I've ever received from Nellie. I could buy her Etsy Shop out if cash permitted, but relish the items I do posses.
Nellie's presentation was amazing. I've now turned it into a pillow.
A beautiful prayer banner that now hangs over my window in my office. I wish you could see all the detail, the printed wishes and prayers and what she wrote on the back of each one. It is just breathtaking, to say the least.
I adore the way Nellie creates with fabrics. She has this magical touch that just gets me every time. Thank you Nellie so very much.
I wanted to share a few other things in my "Nellie" Collection. Click on the images to enlarge.
I thought last month was busy, but boy oh boy, my plate is really piled high right now. Been suffering from a bad tooth which slowed me down, but now I'm moving forward again. I will be teaching at four venues this coming year and am in the process of designing my workshops. I'm also half way through videoing my new online workshop, Art Doll Necklaces. I hope to have that up in the next day or two.
Ron and I have been enjoying our new little pup, Princess Willow. She is such a good doggie. I'll leave you with a couple of new photos of her. I made her a tutu. She just now needs her tiara. I know it is silly and it's just for fun. She hates to wear it and walks sideways when she does and tries to eat it. It's funny. Anyway, enjoy!
Happy Blessed New Year to you all. xoox JoAnnA
