Breast Cancer Awareness Month - My Bra Purse

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  This morning I made this purse out of a bra.  Wednesday my friends and I are are appearing on our local T.V. show talking a breast cancer and to promote our new women's cancer support group, so I thought I would make this up to bring along.  Also in a couple of weeks I'm flying back to Connecticut to teach at ArtFest 4 the soul, and they are having a bra purse challenge to help raise monies for breast cancer.  I think I am going to keep this one and do another to donate.  Well, I have to keep this one, as I sewed on a necklace my husband bought me.

I am excited to participate at ArtFest 4 the soul.  If you can, please come.  I know there are still some openings.  I'll be teaching my art dolls and a layered collage class.  Can't wait to meet all the ladies and experience my hand at teaching.
